Job Description:

Performance Management

  • BUperformance management through annual business planning,monthly forecast, define andmonitorkey performances KPI from both category and channel perspectives

  • Partner across functional finance and operation team toidentifybusiness risks and opportunities and drive profitable growth of total business

  • Budget management including monthly closing & actual variance explanation

Finance Business Partnering

  • Support and challenge business decisions including promotion/brand and marketing investmentin order toachievea superiorsustainable financialperformance

  • Independently provide financial information and analysis ina timelyfashion with actionable recommendations for finance and business management

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance Business Partner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese, as well as stakeholder management.
  • Open mindset, growth mindset, and positive mindset.
