Commercial Trainee – Grow Brands, Shape Markets, Build Your Future

As a Commercial Trainee at Unilever, you will join a rotational development program designed to build a solid foundation across the company’s commercial functions, including Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Key Account Management. Through hands-on experience, you will gain a holistic understanding of how brand strategy, market execution, and customer engagement come together to drive sustainable business growth in the FMCG environment.

Rotational assignments will be planned in alignment with business priorities and organizational needs at the time of the program. You may gain experience in one or more commercial areas, working closely with functional teams on day-to-day activities and projects, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial objectives.

Through these experiences, you will broaden your commercial perspective, strengthen your analytical and collaboration skills, and progressively identify your interests and strengths within the commercial function.
