Job Descriptions:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial, Demand Planning to deliver Monthly Sales Target.
  • Support in partnering with customer to drive categories growth & market share in that customer via JBP agenda for growth, including but not limited to: categories growth management, assortment planning, perfect store online, campaign & BAU, marketing solution, shopper engagement, demand planning joint-forecast, fulfillment & delivery, customer experience, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities in that customer per category & translate into action plan with customer
  • Manage performance maximization & efficiency of both commercial & marketing solution
  • Work closely with customer & CAT team for monthly master business activities plan & ensure perfect execution
  • Deliver deals closing with customer/distributor.
  • Ensure Perfect store online & Merchandising deployment & following categories’ jobs-to-be-done
  • Work closely with customer & distributor to deliver joint-forecast demand planning & goods inbound perfect execution; work closely with internal teams to ensure joint-forecast is well-captured & delivered
  • Manage accuracy of promotion claimback, shipping delivery, fees and other charges.
  • Manage distributor & internal teams to ensure flawless end-to-end fulfillment & delivery to customers
  • Customer management: Partner and maintain great relationship with customers as strategic partner for growth with Unilever
  • Work with internal team to manage stock, inbound process, commercial plan.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-5 year working experiences in: sales, business development, account management at eCommerce or FMCG industry.
  • Strong customer development & account management; negotiation skill and selling skill
  • Self-motivated, interpersonal skill, bias for action, data driven & result oriented. Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to changes
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry
  • Experience working in regional platform, eCommerce focused brands is a strong plus
