JOB PURPOSE

As the Personal Care Integrated Planning (IP), you will play a pivotal role in transforming our operations across Greater Asia. Business Partnering with the PC SC Head, you’ll be end to end responsible for Planning including the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Personal Care Business Unit. The role will maximize service while optimizing cost, and cash. This role offers the opportunity to develop teams, lead change management initiatives, and future- fit Personal Care processes. WHAT WILL YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES BE

End-to-End Planning Ownership

  • Full accountability to BU leadership team for planning delivery and performance.

  • Monitor, track, and deliver KPIs and Ways of Working (WoW) across planning cycles.

  • Actively manage escalation, prioritizing effectively in constrained supply situations and recommending tradeoff decisions.


Governance & Decision-Making

  • Ensure timely actions based on capacity insights; trigger agility mechanisms when required.

  • Lead governance meetings with WL2 stakeholders, reviewing business KPIs, identifying closing actions, and resolving gaps.

  • Be the CO Business partner in all the BU / BG forums.


Representation in Strategy Forums

  • Represent the BU in S&OP and IBP forums, ensuring that demand, supply, innovation, and customer inputs are fully integrated.

  • Act as the voice of Personal Care Planning in cross-functional forums across CD, Marketing, Finance and SC.


People & Capability Development

  • Lead and develop the Planning team, including Demand Fulfillment Managers and Execution Planners.

  • Role-model capabilities in demand planning, scenario building, analytics, and integrated decision-making.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Delivering Integrated Planning Excellence

  • Own and drive the quality and consistency of the full end‑to‑end planning process (demand planning, supply alignment, risk identification, and scenario modelling).

  • Ensure all agreed production and activity plans—including innovations, product changes, and promotions—meet market and customer requirements.


Driving Agility, Transformation & Cost Optimization

  • Lead key transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive AI and Digital programs

  • Identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities, short‑ and long‑term capacity creation, and planning agility improvements.

  • Monitor and act on waste‑prevention opportunities across Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw Materials.


Innovation & Launch Readiness

  • Ensure planning readiness and execution for new launches, relaunches, and innovations—securing capacity, materials, and distribution availability according to committed timelines.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Interface with Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to build aligned short‑term and medium‑term assumptions, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with SU Directors and market-level planning leads to align plans, solve constraints, and drive execution excellence.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • More than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and experience in leadership roles leading large teams

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Supply Chain/ Operations Management

  • Proven track record of delivering change and improving processes
