Location: Bosques, Mexico City

Terms & Conditions: Full-time – Hybrid (onsite in the office three days per week). No national or international relocation bonus applies.Fluency in spoken and written English is required for global communication

JOB PURPOSE:

In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset.


This role will operationally lead the HR HUB LATAM (18 countries) operation ensuring that legal compliance, timings and process are rigorously accomplished.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::

  • Lead the end‑to‑end (E2E) operation for LATAM — covering Joiners, Movers, Leavers, and Personal Information Change processes — ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and legal compliance across all countries.

  • Be the main point of contact for key stakeholders: HR Leads, Payroll, People Partners, Talent Partners, and both local and global teams, building strong, trust‑based relationships that enable a truly collaborative environment between HR and PEX.

  • Define and lead the strategic agenda for JML and Personal Information Change, driving projects, improvements, and solutions to the specific challenges of each country, always with a regional lens and a focus on standardization to ensure a single, unified process.

  • Work closely with the team to identify, challenge, and redesign processes, constantly seeking simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of the JML E2E.

  • Lead, together with local teams, the implementation of global transformations in JML processes, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, country‑specific legal requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Monitor operations through key KPIs, ensuring monthly compliance and positioning LATAM as a global benchmark within Unilever for operational excellence.

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the JML E2E operation, identifying connections, dependencies, and opportunities to make processes simpler, more integrated, and more efficient.

  • Lead and develop the regional JML team, maintaining ongoing conversations around career development, goals, feedback, and growth, fostering a highly engaged, aligned, and results‑oriented team.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for JML operational leads, ensuring the effective resolution of updates, incidents, and day‑to‑day operational challenges, coordinating timely solutions, escalating when required, and maintaining service continuity, stability, and quality across all markets.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Proven experience in customer service or HR Services +4 years (Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred)

  • Understanding of HR process and policy with experience working in regional or multi country operations is desirable

  • Knowledge in Workday

  • English: advance

  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge in Service Now, Power BI & Power Apps
