JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to create meaningful and memorable brand experiences that truly connect with people. Your mission will be to ensure consumers not only enjoy our products but also feel a genuine emotional connection to our brand through ideas, experiences, and activations that resonate with their everyday lives.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering culturally relevant brand moments across all touchpoints — from daily consumption occasions to cultural spaces where our brands can inspire, delight, and spark conversation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the brand experience strategy and plans for Knorr, Hellmann’s, and Maizena, delivering impactful activations and both internal and external events that bring each brand’s purpose to life.
  • Develop, manage, and execute the Brand Experience strategy for Hellmann’s at the point of sale, ensuring strong shopper engagement through promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives.
  • Oversee and control the Brand Marketing Investment, including the creation of purchase orders and the monthly tracking, monitoring, and reconciliation of all brand-related spend.
  • Lead the development plan and ongoing performance follow‑up for the brand’s intern, ensuring clear objectives, growth opportunities, and successful achievement of defined goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketing or Trade Marketing experience (Consumer Goods Company preferred).
  • Brand projects development (activations, campaigns or innovation).
  • Data management, interpretation and numerical skills.
  • Excel (mid or advanced).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent English
  • Creative thinking
