You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to ultimately become a better you. If you are  passionate about leveraging data and analytics to manage business performance, then this role is just for you.The CDF Controlling Specialist Colombia is responsible for controlling the Company´s turnover, with particular focus on the management and tracking of Trade Terms Structure.Support CD and CSP Teams in performance management, providing financial advices to drive sustainable, and optimize trade investment. Monitor and control Promotional investment, partnering with budget owners and related finance teams.                                        

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support Turnover structure process ensurin.                                         
  • "Monthly Turnover MEC: Responsible for the close end month of Turnover for Colombia, guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of the results OTIF through the understanding of the Trade Marketing Investment at Business Unit Level as well as Channels level."                                                
  • TMI Budget Control:Ensure the correct accounting and monitoring of the promotional investment of the Company, Support in the administrative legalization of Promotional Investment, handling the financial closing of these items.                                                
  • Transformation and standarization: Lead the transformation of the area through the assessment and implementation of digital tools, the estandarization of running process models, and making simple hard processes.                                                
  • Motnhly financial Planning  & Decision support                                                
  • Own outcomes and insights from the process and ensure consistency of narrative between various lines of the Topline                                                
  • Ensure complete trackability of key elements of the TMI plan to ensure progress vs strategy /annual plan is maintained. Draw insights and suggest course correction where need be.                                                
  • Provide inputs if required for presentations ad hoc on matters of Turnover when needed                                                
  • Support as required to Commercial Strategic (CD/CSP,P&P), Commercial finance, Audit, Tax or any other relevant stakeholder

What We’re Looking For

Experiences & Qualifications             

  • At least 3-year Business Partnering in Market.                                                
  • Relevant prior experience in Planning, Forecasting and Controlling.                                                
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies
