Commercial Finance Lead Finland

This role is responsible for Commercial Finance activities in Finland, partnering with the Head of Customer Development, Key Account Managers, CSP and GM, and being part of the local Country Leadership Team.
This role requires a strategic financial leader to drive value creation and growth in our Finnish market. The role sits at the heart of the commercial decision-making process to develop plans and actions together with the business to realize the strategy and in-year plans.

Business Performance
• Delivering the in-year P&L, driving and shaping business performance, drive value creation
• Drive and manage the commercial investment strategy as well as return on investment
• Delivery and monitoring of pricing initiatives including support in customer negotiations
• Support the Sales and Operational Planning Process (S&OP)
Stewardship
• Ensuring strong business controls with focus on Trade Terms Controls and Overdue Management
Leadership
• Business Partner with the Finland Head of Customer Development and Key Account Managers and connect flawless across the boarders into the Finance Hubs

Experience required in the role

• Minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar role (business partnering/commercial finance) 

• Location: Helsinki, Finland 

• Finnish language preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related area.
