JOB PURPOSE
Skin Cleansing Associate Director provides strategic financial leadership for Unilever’s US Skin Cleansing business, with responsibility for full P&L stewardship, end‑to‑end S&OP governance, and the delivery of both in‑year performance and long‑term value creation. The role is also responsible to shape category financial strategy through NRM (pricing, pack architecture, promo efficiency), premium portfolio acceleration, and Fuel for Growth initiatives that strengthen gross margin and competitiveness.

In addition, the role is accountable for advancing team/ cross functional capability, building a performance‑driven culture, and elevating financial acumen, within the PC/NA Finance organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Full accountability and ownership in the category P&L, with strict financial integrity and governance.
  • Lead end-to-end monthly financial S&OP cadence to deliver profitable growth target.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment and accountabilities by ensuring teams are clear on financial priorities, and clear performance expectations.
  • Develop and elevate team capability, coaching talent, embedding performance mindset, and strengthen financial acumen across PC finance team and business partners.
  • Shape and execute strategies in Net Revenue Management and Fuel for Growth playbooks to safeguard profitability.
  • External mindset by embedding consumer/shopper insights, retailers’ dynamics, and competitive benchmarks, into decision-making.
  • Accelerate long term growth with multi-year financial modeling, innovation funnel management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field

  • 8+ years proficient corporate finance experience

  • Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of the organization

  • An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems

  • Experience creating and implementing operational improvement solutions

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
