Job Purpose

Serve as the embedded Finance Transformation Lead for the VMS Opco. This role raises the bar across Corporate Finance areas (P2P, R2R, O2C, controls, data, D365 enablement), works hands‑on with the Opco team, and delivers measurable outcomes. As WBC pivots from a service‑line model to Opco‑oriented squads, this role becomes the dedicated transformation anchor inside VMS—driving solutions, clearing roadblocks, and building long‑term capability.

Key Responsibilities

Opco‑Embedded Transformation Leadership

• Own the transformation agenda for VMS across P2P, R2R, O2C, controls, and Finance operations.

• Tailor WBC standards to Opco needs while preserving global consistency.

• Partner with Opco finance, supply chain, commercial, and tech teams to land improvements.

Hands‑On Problem Solving & Delivery

• Work directly with AP, AR, Controllership, FP&A, and operations teams to diagnose and solve issues.

• Run sprint‑based improvement cycles tied to measurable outcomes

Finance + Tech Integration

• Serve as VMS liaison to WBC Tech and D365 SMEs for process alignment and shared‑instance governance.

• Translate Opco process needs into clear system requirements and test scenarios.

• Support regression, cut‑over readiness, and end‑user onboarding for major tech deployments.

Change Management & Capability Building

• Upskill VMS finance teams on standards, tools, workflows, and controls.

• Build a super‑user network across P2P/R2R/O2C to sustain improvements.

• Develop SOPs, training materials, and onboarding processes.

Governance & Stakeholder Alignment

• Represent VMS in WBC decision forums and ensure Opco needs shape global solutions.

• Provide transparent updates, dashboards, KPIs, and insights to VMS and WBC Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Finance Operations.

• Strong process knowledge across P2P, R2R, O2C.

• Strong cross‑functional influencing skills and comfort with ambiguity.

• Hands‑on problem solving orientation with measurable impact.
