Main Job Purpose

Digital Commerce has been identified as strategic growth channel for Unilever within the next years. This role will drive value by helping pioneer, deliver and execute channel growth driving plans in online retail platforms. At the same time, this role is expected to capture the learnings that come from the markets and develop these into future activities.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Growth & Strategy

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional Unilever partners (Marketing, Category Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive sustainable growth for Unilever brands in D-Commerce.
  • Drive growth of Unilever brands and categories across key eCommerce customers, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, enabled by the e‑Distributor partner.
  • Provide thought leadership in eCommerce and D-Commerce, identifying opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic levers to accelerate performance.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Lead external partnership management with the e‑Distributor, ensuring flawless execution of commercial plans, brilliant basics online, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the Key Account Manager for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, leading annual business planning, performance tracking, and joint business initiatives.

Content, Media & Demand Generation

  • Co-create content and demand-generation programs that deliver significant growth for both Unilever and its retail partners.
  • Ensure digital content excellence and growth management through strong understanding of platform best practices and performance marketing metrics.

Campaign & Calendar Planning

  • Co-create and execute the full-year activity calendar for eCommerce retailers — including brand-led campaigns, category-led initiatives, and retailer mega events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and customer/retailer partners to ensure campaigns are planned and executed flawlessly.

Operations & Performance

  • Operationalize campaigns end-to-end — from collaborating on ideation to execution, optimization, and post-evaluation.
  • Lead the weekly/monthly operational cycle, including activity cascades, operations meetings, business reviews, and alignment sessions with customers and internal teams.
  • Translate shopper insights and analytics into actionable plans that strengthen Unilever’s value proposition in the online trade.

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG
  • Experience in Digital Marketing / E-commerce / D-Commerce in a marketing, sales, or account management role is a plus
  • Familiarity with platform best practices, online media KPIs, and eCommerce analytics
  • Background or exposure in digital and performance marketing
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly operational with strong attention to detail, strong eye for beauty a plus
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
