KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute clinical studies to support Personal Care R&D programs.

  • Work in partnership with third-party vendors to guarantee complete andtimelydeliveries.

  • Candidate willbe responsible forproduct efficacy evaluation of skin cleansingproducts through the design, execution, and analysis of human clinical trials. 

  • Candidate willbe responsible forthestudycoordination for in-house & external studies in compliance with internal and external regulations.  

  • Candidatemust haveworking-knowledgein data collection & technical interpretation, designing & executing experiments, basic statistics understanding, technical problem-solving skills and excellent technical writing skills.

  • Candidatewillbe responsible forsuccessfully deliveringcommunication of study resultsto stakeholders.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS inpharmacy,biology, biochemistry,chemistryor related fields.

  • Flexibility and open mindedness in achievingobjectivesas well as rapidly responding to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work well in teams anddemonstratethe ability to collaborate with others.

  • Ability to work independently, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.

  • Attention for details and critical thinking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • No experience with clinical science isrequiredbut preferred.

  • Basic understanding of statistics is preferred

Pay: The pay range for this position is $59,300 to $88,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
