JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to build the operational foundation that enables our Cyber Culture and Human Risk team to drive meaningful behavior change across Unilever. You'll own the critical programs - phishing exercises, training platform optimization, and creative communications - that generate data insights feeding our human risk strategy. As the first point of contact for cyber queries globally, you'll ensure nothing falls through the cracks while keeping our team coordinated and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and deliver phishing simulation exercises globally, providing data to help inform strategic decision-making

Lead optimisation of our training platform, unlocking untapped potential and ensuring accessibility and effectiveness across diverse user groups and geographies

Create high-quality awareness materials, campaigns, and content that drive genuine behaviour change across all levels of the organisation

Manage enquiries into the team as first point of contact, triaging queries from routine to potential threats with sound judgment and routing appropriately

Coordinate strategic collaboration between Cyber Culture & Human Risk, Security Engagement, and Strategy teams, ensuring information flows and decisions get actioned

Work with our Data Analyst to collate clean, reliable analytics and insights from phishing, training, and engagement activities to support development of dashboards, reports and presentations

Leverage our Champions network through compelling communications toolkits and engagement initiatives

Own the team's communications calendar and channels, including intranet presence and global awareness opportunities

Support cyber projects and initiatives with creative communications solutions that make complex information accessible and actionable

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in communications, content creation, or behaviour change programs with demonstrable creative problem-solving skills and exceptional English language ability

Strong analytical capabilities with experience turning data into insights, reports, and actionable recommendations

Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across geographies, functions, and work levels, managing competing priorities with sound judgment

Quick learner with confidence to take initiative, discover solutions independently, and deliver outcomes with senior manager guidance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field or evidenced passion for the field of Human Risk and the direction it’s heading in

Experience with training platform management, learning management systems, or educational technology optimisation

Background in information security, cyber awareness, or risk management

Familiarity with phishing simulation tools, security awareness platforms, or related technologies
