Job Summary

Manages sales of GT HPC within a defined geographical area.  Ensure consistent profitable growth, positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. 

Role & Responsibility

  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
  • Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
  • Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
  • Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
  • Work closely with DT Owner, DT Supervisor, DT Sales force, and closely work in the market.  Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
  • Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development. 
  • Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures             

Qualification and Experience

  • 2-3 years in Area Sales Manager experience is require. 
  • Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required.
  • Team management
  • Good observation & Good instinct
  • Immediate problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding in general trade
  • Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned.  High responsibility on compliance.
