Job Title: Channel Distributor Executive (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Location: North Mindanao

The Channel Distributor Executive (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for strengthening market presence by expanding distribution reach, activating new sales channels, and supporting the build-up of emerging territories. This role plays a critical part in executing reach expansion programs, onboarding new distributors, and ensuring strong availability, visibility, and brand compliance across assigned areas.


The position is designed for rapid market development, requiring strong field execution, relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to driving sell-in and sell-out performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distribution Reach Expansion (Region 10 Focus)

  • Map and activate coverage gaps in Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental/Occidental, Iligan City, and Camiguin.

  • Identify potential sub-distributors and wholesalers.

  • Support onboarding of new distribution partners.

  • Implement territory coverage plans.

2. Distributor & Channel Support

  • Assist distributor teams in execution and route coverage.

  • Monitor distributor KPIs.

  • Support DSR route planning.

  • Provide performance feedback.

3. Field Execution & Visibility

  • Conduct field visits across Region 10.

  • Validate product availability and visibility.

  • Ensure execution of promotions and trade activities.

4. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track sell-in/sell-out.

  • Measure numeric distribution and coverage.

  • Identify low-availability zones.

  • Submit field reports.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with key trade partners.

  • Conduct joint trade visits in CDO, Bukidnon, Iligan, MisOcc, and Camiguin.

  • Support capability-building activities.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams.

  • Assist in demand forecasting.

  • Support new product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 1–3 years sales/distribution experience.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Contract Details

  • Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

  • Region 10 – Northern Mindanao

  • Reports to: Regional Channel/Distributor Manager – Mindanao
