We are looking for a PTAB (Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia & Bangladesh) Home Care Innovation, Long Term Planning & CM Manager to work in the head office located in Umraniye/Istanbul with a hybrid working model.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- The job is pivoting around change management and aligning different functions and senior stakeholders to ensure the right business decisions are taken with clarity on SC implications and ensuring SC is geared up for deployment of the future portfolio & is optimized for regular sourcing.
- The role interfaces between Marketing, Engineering, Research & Development (R&D) and Supply Chain (Factories, Country Planning teams, Divisional Procurement Operations, Product Group Quality, Global SC, 3rd Party Manufacturing, Logistics).
- The perfect candidate has strong business mindset, strong communication skills to align with different partners within and outside SC, good leadership skills that allow to run projects in a dynamic environment with many changes (e.g. fast track projects, new business models, SC restructuring etc.)
- Ensure effective communication with peers & stakeholders in Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance (QA), Factories, 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) organization.
Innovation Management
- Responsible to deliver innovation OTIF, considering SC strategy, complexity & savings.
- Manage innovation projects across the region to ensure all aspects are delivered OTIF during different project stages (sourcing / planning / investment & capability development/ capacity allocation etc..).
- Support Risk Assessments (Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) & Supply Chain Risk Assessment) for critical projects at each project stage.
- Ensure right capex is allocated for implementation of innovation projects.
Supply Chain Optimization & CM Management
- Run finished good sourcing studies to provide optimum sourcing solution considering landed cost, stock impact & sourcing flexibility.
- Manage sourcing unit change projects and ensure OTIF delivery; meaning no turnover risk, minimized business waste & delivery of identified saving.
- Review performance of CMs and run contingency plans for all factories/CMs within the region.
- Run long term (+12 months) capacity analysis to identify investments needed in factories & CMs.
- Together with procurement, make sure that bottle, cap, trigger mold capacity utilizations are being managed properly to provide required flexibility for the business.
- Ensure right capex is allocated for implementation of sourcing transitions & capacity investments.
- Run 5S saving workshops for controlled cost (production, logistics & indirect) savings.
- Follow up controlled cost savings and make sure that targets are delivered.
- Manage overall SC project agenda for portfolio/complexity management & simplification for HC across PTAB.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/P&I, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Microsoft Project & Office programs (Advanced MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint skills)
- Advance English in writing, reading and speaking A strong sense of purpose and passion for high performance to bring out the best in others and himself/herself
- Fluent in English and Turkish both.
