MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Lead End-to-End Supply Planning, Customer Service function for Malaysia & Anchor as NPD COE (Type 1 & Type 2 Projects) for SG market of USPL.

This role involves:

  • MY Seeding Customer Service

  • Daily Operational Planning of MY Sourcing Units for UI

  • Leading as NPD COE for Type 1 & Type 2 Projects of SG market

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

  • One Point Contact for all Singapore Seeding Customers.

  • Daily Orders Review, Orders Validation & Ageing Orders monitoring with highest priority to Supply.

  • Daily Supply Plan & Gaps Review for month numbers projection.

  • Weekly or Scheduled Customer Engagements to ensure all KPI’s of Customers, UI are discussed & signed off.

  • Responsible for delivery of CS KPI's such as High DR’s, Minimal CRM Losses.

  • NPS Drive to get 100% Customers participation & Critical Customers feedback review periodically, along with mitigation plan to ensure highest satisfaction level.

  • Leading Order to Invoice Agility

  • Ensure Documents are received to Customers on time & DOTIF is achieved as per business requirement.

  • Ensure all the Back-end Operations of Customers Orders, Supply are effectively managed without any issues.

  • All Supply Chain related claims, returns, refusals from the customer are to be handled appropriately.

Operational Supply Planning

  • Coordinate with SU’s & review open orders vs supply plan.

  • Work with back-end CG team and ensure to get supply plan is timely updated in SP tool, thereby in Sales force.

  • Ensure Losses are properly tagged weekly, Analysed and requisite actions are taken to ensure maximum supplies

  • Aged orders are properly monitored on periodic basis for supplies.

  • Identify short-term capacity issues, Supply risk & proposing mitigation plans

  • Review KPIs with sourcing units (service level, compliance, loss reasons)

  • Support S&OP cycle by feeding supply plans and risks to demand planner

  • Monitor and lead offshore supply planning operations

NPD COE (Type 1 & 2 Projects) for SG Market

  • Manage end-to-end Type 1 and Type 2 NPD projects for all BGs of SG market

  • Anchor Type 1 & 2 Projects with business stake holders & cross functional teams

  • Monitor timely completion of tasks including code creation, extensions, customer master related set up & other project related activities.

  • Keep a track of product registrations in the market & documents collection.

  • Reviewing & actively tracking all type1 & 2 projects periodically.

  • Keep a track on KPI’s (Innovation KPI’s of iTO, OTIF)

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges encountered and potential areas for improvement

Professional Skill:

  • ESSENTIAL: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.

  • Experience Required: 4 to 5 yrs experience in Supply Chain out of which at least 3 yrs in supply planning

  • Strong analytical skills and Strong Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Pro- active communication and ability to manage customer interactions

  • Has a customer centric mindset with high influential skills to drive change and process improvement

  • Ability to organize, structure and manage business partners in fast growing business
