Job Title: Key Accounts Executive (MT)

Channel: Modern Trade/ Organized Trade

Reporting to: Area Sales & Channels Manager/ Customer Development Manager

Location: We are hiring for multiple vacancies across HUL's Central Branch (Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh)

Job Description:

The KAE - MT would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage the allocated territory and the customers. He/She -

  • Is directly responsible for delivering sales targets for the Accounts / Geography that he is responsible for

  • Is responsible for growing / maintaining market share for key categories in chains and stand alone stores

  • Is responsible for the CSP operations and ensuring that targets are met

  • Is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships

  • Is responsible for shelf health in all the stores including Perfect Store Score.

  • Is responsible for POP objective implementation

  • Introduction and monitoring of store procedures

  • Is responsible for Speed to shelf for new product launches and generating repeat orders

  • Is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of offers

  • Coordinates with the accounts and gets details of store openings, thereby tracking organic growth

  • Is indirectly responsible for 3rd party employees and their performance

  • Gathering of relevant data and reporting the same

  • Gives feedback to the central team on competitor activity and managing field intelligence

  • Gives feedback to the Customer marketing team to enable micro marketing plans

  • The innate ability to sell with the skill of negotiation, anticipation and handling barriers and objections to a sale.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT -

1. Must have experience of Modern Trade

2. Full time Graduation is required

3. Proficient English-Speaking Skills and Presentation Skills
