JOB PURPOSE

Unilever Home Care Business Unit (BU) is among the top 15 cells within the global Home Care business, with a portfolio of loved brands such as Lysoform, Coccolino, Svelto, and Cif. This role exists to build strong relationships with our customers and help our products thrive. You will be part of the Unilever Italy Home Care Customer Development team, which believes in doing work that matters — for people and for the planet. Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with discount retailers and cross‑functional internal teams
  • Support the National Manager in developing and deploying national customer strategy plans
  • Define local promotional plans and manage the listing of innovations
  • Define product assortment and volume forecasts, proposing revisions when needed
  • Monitor in‑store execution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented activities
  • Analyze and report sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out) and monitor budget
  • Profit & Loss analysis, including management of customer trade margins and netnet turnover

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Category
  • Availability to travel to customers
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to create reports and analyze sales data
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong adaptability, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive attitude and strong results orientation
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in FMCG and HC is a plus
