JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring accurate data management, efficient administrative processes, and high‑quality reporting that enables informed business decisions. This role is responsible for maintaining customer information, managing pricing and product data, preparing sales analyses, and coordinating documentation flows. By collaborating closely with various internal departments, the Sales Specialist helps optimize sales operations and contributes to the smooth execution of commercial activities. The position ensures that the sales team is equipped with timely and reliable information, supporting overall business performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the sales team with data processing.
  • Document management and archiving activities.
  • Creating product and campaign tables.
  • Managing and entering customer prices.
  • Creating new customers and managing customer data.
  • Sales analysis and report preparation.
  • Communication with different departments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of the basics of administrative procedures and document management.
  • Very good knowledge of Estonian and English languages.
  • Ability to use MS Office programs at a very good level.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Accuracy and sense of duty, good routine tolerance.
  • Ability to plan your work and time effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Similar work experience.
