Main Responsibilities
* Lead D-Commerce operations, covering commercial execution, shopper marketing, and digital demand planning.
* Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure demand creation and flawless execution.
* Monitor commercial performance (sales, promotions) and identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare business reviews and present performance insights, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
* Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars aligned with overall business targets.
* Build strong relationships and lead negotiations with buyers and category managers.
* Manage and grow quick commerce account including execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive sustainable growth.

Candidate Criteria
* Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing an eCommerce or D-Commerce commercial team.
* Proven experience managing major online retailers, marketplaces, or quick commerce platforms.
* Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing strategy, and trading terms.
* Hands-on experience executing promotional plans and Joint Business Plans.
* Solid negotiation skills with a track record of building effective client partnerships.
* Demonstrated leadership capability to drive both own team and cross-functional teams toward business objectives.
