Customer Development product team focuses on bringing products for key business personas across CSP & CBD organization in Unilever and improved collaboration, partnership with our customers there by improving our AGS score and making Unilever the preferred supplier. The Revenue Management product family helps drive category growth and enable partnership with the business to power key decisions with data, insights, advanced analytics and AI.

Job Purpose
This role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the Revenue Growth Management as a flagship product within Category management Team, a cornerstone of the overall Customer Development (CD) Product Strategy. This senior-level role carries immense responsibility, overseeing the development and deployment of critical RGM tools that directly impact key business growth drivers such as USG (Unilever Sales Growth), UVG (Unilever Volume growth), UPG (Unilever RGM Growth), Gross Profit, and Gross Margin. The successful candidate will be accountable for steering this high-impact product across markets, establishing a single, comprehensive solution for end-to-end RGM Analytics needs within Unilever.
This high-profile role is suitable for a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the Customer development & analytics domain, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering complex, data-driven solutions at a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders to drive transformational outcomes.
Responsibilities
The role has three main accountabilities:
1. Lead the strategic direction and product development of the RGM, ensuring it delivers maximum business value through advanced analytics and actionable insights.
2. Partner with Mkt SPOCs to co-create the product and continuously evolve the product, identifying new features, enhancing usability, and driving long-term product growth.
3. Working with senior leaders (WL3+) to understand their strategic initiative, business priorities and delivering excellent analytical solutions to key business asks of Mkt.
4. Lead the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that facilitate the widespread use and adoption of the RGM tools across countries
5. Explore opportunities with the business teams and deliver analytical summary that can yield to Next Best Action for the Market / BU
6. Lead a team of 20+ including 3PP teams on delivering the RGM related solutions across locations
7. Establish and operationalize RGM Product As A Service by partnering with key end users & business counterparts across Business units (BU/ Market CSPs) while delivery business outcomes & value metrics
8. Ensure On Time In Full delivery of all Product deployments and global roll out of the product as per the roll out plan
9. Accountable for engaging and expanding RGM Programs across Unilever within the five levers framework of Net Revenue Management through cross lever optimization & simulation
10. Collaborate with CSP leadership (WL4+) to ensure RGM processes are aligned with broader business initiatives, establishing and overseeing governance frameworks for the RGM Control
11. Establish and maintain a comprehensive BAU calendar, working closely with BAU teams to ensure consistent access to timely and accurate data insights.

• BG CSP & BG CDIOs

• Partner Data and insight 3rd parties
•EPP Community, Industry Groups and Communities
All About You
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial and analytics professional. They will have a good knowledge of the CD operations and value chain in a consumer goods company, that is complemented by working knowledge of data management, data strategy or business information intelligence, and fair bit of Data Science understanding required to deliver a world class analytical solution. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will enjoy rolling their sleeves up to drive towards outcomes.

Essential Experience
• 13 to 15 years of relevant experience in data & analytics
• At least 8 years of experience in leading cross functional teams
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders (WL3+)
• Exposure to visualization tools like PBI, Webapp or other data blending tools
Desirable Experience
• Working know how in Data Blending tools and technologies
• Working know how of Design Thinking or DevOps models along with Agile Scrum
• Exposure and good learning in Data Science would be preferred.
