As a Food Solutions Management Trainee, you will join a rotational development program designed to build a strong foundation across our commercial and operational functions, including HORECA, Customer Development Operations (CD Ops), and Marketing. Through hands-on experience, you will gain a holistic understanding of how channel strategy, operational excellence, and marketing execution come together to deliver sustainable growth in the food service industry.

Rotational assignments will be planned in alignment with business priorities and organizational needs at the time of the program. You may gain experience in one or more areas, working closely with functional teams on day-to-day activities and strategic projects, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

Through these experiences, you will broaden your perspective, strengthen your analytical and collaboration skills, and progressively identify your interests and strengths within the Food Solutions division.
