Job Title: Affiliate Lead – Beauty & Wellbeing Digital Commerce
Location: Bonifacio Corporate Center, BGC (Hybrid)

ROLE OVERVIEW 

The Affiliate Lead willbe responsible forowning and scaling the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem for Beauty & Wellbeing Philippines. This role is central to accelerating the digital commerce agenda, ensuring strong creator partnerships, a high-performing affiliate network, and best-in-class content strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Affiliate Ecosystem Strategy & Growth

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for PH Affiliate Marketing.
  • Expand and optimizethe affiliate network.
  • Build partnerships with MCNs, creators, and platforms.

2. Affiliate Recruitment, Engagement & Performance

  • Leadrecruitmentand relationship-building withtop-performing affiliates.
  • Oversee engagement programs and onboarding journeys.
  • Own the Affiliate Rewards Program.
  • Affiliate Events,Bootcampsand On-ground Activations

3. Content & Livestream Execution Excellence

  • Lead execution of Mega KOL livestreams.
  • Oversee creator video pushes for innovations and campaigns.
  • Drive Yellow Basket content scale-up.

4. Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyzecreatorand affiliateperformance.
  • Provide insights tooptimizeconversion and GMV.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Partner Management

  • Manage platform and MCN partnerships.
  • Drive excellence in creator sourcing and campaign execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relatedfield.
  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and digital metrics.
