WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


Responsible for Calve & Hellmann’s portfolio in Turkey.

  • Leading innovation / renovation / saving projects with project teams & other functional teams to bring products to market on time including creating winning trade stories for 2026 & onwards.
  • Business Accountability, Driving Competitive Growth & Profitability targets for the brand
  • Co-creating the brand & portfolio strategy and 8 quarter plans of the brand focusing on the trends & the business objectives.
  • Working closely with agency partners & global and regional team to ensure having outstanding brand communications & activations.
  • Working with media and digital marketing & commerce teams to plan & execute & optimize the media plans for relevant categories.
  • Other Foods category wide responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University degree in related fields.
  • +3 years marketing experience in FMCG sector
  • Excellent fluency in Turkish and English

  • Marketing skills: brand development, brand performance analysis
  • Rigor to be able to navigate in a complex environment full of opportunities
  • Personal ambition to succeed and guided by a strong Inner Game
  • Obsessive in consumer Intimacy and completely immersed in the world of the consumer, intimately understanding consumers current needs and curious about future needs.
  • Embrace a high growth mindset with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.
  • Excellent in communication channel management with an integrated program of brand communication in the most cost-effective way.
  • Equipped with media savvy particularly in digital marketing and know-how.
