About The Role...

  • Identify shopper insights and translate insights into business opportunities of specific channels.

  • Develop channel-specific marketing plans, to achieve category/brand objectives in conjunction with Brand Marketing Plan (IBMP) and Customer Business Plan (CBP).

  • Work with account managers and brand managers to ensure smooth delivery of in-store activation, IBMP and CMP.

  • Communicate customer’s marketing and business strategies to brand team.

  • Bring in shopper's insights and turn input into innovation programs.

  • Manage total trade investments.

  • Ensure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels are aligned (e.g. consistent use of brand key visuals).

  • Lead production of POSM and customized offerings (e.g. special packs).

  • Analyze the ROI of the marketing activities.

And The Person...

  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably inn Business Administration/ Marketing

  • 5 years Customer Marketing experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage

  • Customer-facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written & spoken)

  • A team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Strategy & Planning Executive
