JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of innovation, renovation, and localization projects by maintaining project timelines, trackers, and SC readiness documentation.
• Coordinate and consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams to support project scoping, feasibility assessments, and supply chain design.
• Conduct data analysis on manufacturing capacity, material availability, and line efficiencies to support the Manager in identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in managing technology change projects by coordinating trial schedules, collecting technical data, and ensuring documentation for process or material changes.
• Provide operational support for CAPEX-related activities, including compilation of technical requirements, follow-up on deliverables, and maintenance of relevant records.
• Act as the daily liaison with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and Factory teams to ensure project requirements remain aligned and risks are flagged early.
• Maintain and update dashboards, reports, and project visuals for governance forums, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Track material readiness, artwork progression, supply chain data inputs, and any technical dependencies impacting project timelines.
• Support continuous improvement within innovation and planning processes through tool standardization, simplification, and adoption of best practices.
• Prepare clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for the Innovation Manager to support decision making across project stages.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPOSNSIBILITIES BE
Experiences & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, or Project Coordination roles.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes including manufacturing, procurement, and quality.
• Exposure to project management or continuous improvement methods is preferred.
