Specialist – Unilever International & Business Development Projects

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Customer Development Team to be a part of exciting projects for a period of 2 years!

Requirements:

• Candidate should be a Graduate in Business Management or any other related discipline with 2-3 years' experience in FMCG Customer Development, with exposure to key account management, business development or marketing.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, lead seeding initiatives, and assess market potential through data-driven insights and customer engagement. 
• Identify suitable distributors, develop end-to-end business plans, and coordinate with supply chain and category teams for successful product launches. 
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with local operations teams and external partners for seamless execution. 
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, with proven ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.

We're currently based in Grandpass Colombo 14 and will be moving to Mireka Towers, Havelock City from March onwards.
