JOB PURPOSE

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented business excellence individual to lead our initiatives in operational efficiency and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detail – oriented to join our team. This person will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve efficiency and support strategy initiatives. You will work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement. If you fit the description, this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


• Monthly Tracking & Reporting Prepare and track monthly reports and activity dashboards, highlighting key call outs and actionable insights to improve performance metrics such as strike rate and conversion.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement Analyze sales, channel, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Recommend actions to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Channel Target Setting Support commercial teams in setting realistic and data driven channel targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Support Actively participate in the S&OP process, providing analytical input to guide decision making, balance supply and demand, and drive business growth.
• Continuous Improvement Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of sensitivity to data accuracy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business excellence, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.) and statistical analysis with the ability to interpret data and propose / generate actionable insights

• Excellent project management skills with a track record successful project delivery
