Job Title: CSP Executive - Qcom - Makeup
Work Location: Mumbai HO
Function/BU: Qcom – CSP

Description


- CSP BU Executive will be responsible for implementing Qcom plans for the assigned BU.
- This person will wear the execution hat for the CSP team and will hold the end-to-end execution of the decided plans and category/channel JTBDs.
- He/she will be responsible for all holding execution for the BU/brands assigned to them and will be expected to bring channel-specific insights to the table.
- He/she will be expected to have strong stakeholder management skills as the role will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders – SC, finance, DP, Channel SMEs & CSP Geography Teams
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for getting the execution right and ensuring implementation is happening OTIF.
- Activation of channel-specific plans to be done by this person
- Engaging with channel and branch counterparts to ensure smooth operational flow of the business.
- Understand the business performance by triangulating the problem by looking at internal and external data and suggest a plan of action to grow the business.
- Should have strong analytical skills to evaluate business parameters and efficiency parameters.
- Work closely with CSP BU manager to make a rolling 3-month sales plan with an overall growth delivery mindset.
- Should be able to liaise with the account and convert brand JtBDs to channel JtBDs and be able to act on them.

- Strong Analytical Skills and strong oral and written communication skills
- Great people skills and strong stakeholder management skills
- High bias for action
- Should understand shopper behaviours across channels.
- Understanding of qcom is helpful
