JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales operations, processing claims, analyzing performance data, and tracking KPIs. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports and presentations that support business decisions.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Sales Operations & Coordination

•             Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

•             Coordinate between sales, finance, and supply chain for smooth order processing.

•             Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

•             Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

2. Sales Claims Processing

•             Process and validate trade claims, promotions, and customer deductions.

•             Coordinate with finance for timely claim settlement.

•             Maintain claim trackers and ensure proper documentation.

•             Identify discrepancies and resolve claim-related issues with stakeholders.

3. Sales Data Analysis

•             Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data (daily/weekly/monthly).

•             Prepare sales performance reports by territory, channel, and salesperson.

•             Analyze trends, growth, target achievement, and gaps.

•             Provide insights to improve sales performance.

4. KPI Tracking & Reporting

•             Develop and maintain sales KPI trackers (target vs achievement, productivity, distribution, coverage, etc.).

•             Monitor key performance indicators and highlight deviations.

•             Share regular performance dashboards with management.

•             Support sales review meetings with accurate data and presentations.

5. Reporting & Presentations

•             Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly business reviews.

•             Create dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).

•             Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support (FMCG preferred).

Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint for business presentations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
