Job Title: Sr. CM/CSP Executive - C&C

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary:
The C&C Channel Executive will be responsible for driving execution of category plans across the B2B channels. This role acts as the execution engine for the channel team, ensuring end to end deployment of category and channel JTBDs. The person must possess a good understanding of C&C ecosystem dynamics, customer/retailer behaviors, and the operational infrastructure that drives channel performance.
The role requires high analytical acumen, strong execution excellence, and the ability to work closely with multiple cross functional stakeholders to accelerate business growth for the assigned categories.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Channel Execution & Implementation
• Own deployment of category plans for B2B channels, ensuring all initiatives are implemented on time in full.
• Identify channel specific opportunities including assortment and scale up of launches.
• Liaise with customer teams, category teams and branch teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
2. Business Performance Management
• Track, analyse, and interpret business performance by referring both internal and external data.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and propose actionable interventions to drive execution excellence and channel growth.
• Monitor efficiency parameters such as promo ROI, complementary distribution, and execution KPIs.
3. Planning & Forecasting
• Work closely with the Channel Manager to build and maintain rolling 3 month and 6 month sales plans.
• Translate category JTBDs into specific channel JTBDs and ensure consistent delivery.
4. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, Category TMEs, and Geography Teams.
• Build strong working relationships with B2B customers, C&C customer teams, and category teams for smooth collaboration.
• Address channel challenges proactively to enable fast execution.

Key Skills & Competencies Needed:
• Growth Mindset & Bias for Action – ability to move quickly and decisively.
• Strong Analytical Rigor – comfort with data interpretation, business MIS, and performance metrics.
• Good Communication Skills – both verbal and written.
• Robust Stakeholder Management – ability to manage diverse internal and external partners.
• Channel Understanding – knowledge of B2B buying behaviors, C&C shopper dynamics, and operational nuances.
• Multi channel experience preferred but not mandatory.
