WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE (Job Descrieption)

1. Wholesale Business Leadership

  • Lead and manage wholesale operations across KSA to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Drive improvements in margin, investment efficiency, and long-term business health.
  • Ensure full alignment with UFS business priorities and reach ambitions.
  • 2. Strategic Partner Management
  • Work closely with existing strategic partners and their sales teams to deliver reach and growth KPIs.
  • Strengthen joint business planning and ensure consistent execution of UFS market priorities.
  • 3. Strategic Partner Recruitment
  • Expand the wholesale strategic partner network by upgrading existing partners or recruiting new ones.
  • Target the onboarding of Tier‑2 partners who provide secondary sales data (SSD) to UFS.
  • 4. Market Expansion
  • Grow wholesale coverage.
  • Expand strategic partners from to unlock deeper route-to-markpenetration.
  • 5. Marketing Agenda & Activities Execution
  • Lead the wholesale marketing agenda with a strong focus on activities.
  • Customize and execute operator marketing initiatives to maximize brand presence and reach.
  • 6. Distributor Relationship Management
  • Strengthen collaboration between distributor teams and wholesale partners.
  • Ensure smooth order flow, proper stock levels, and timely delivery aligned with UFS operational priorities.
  • 7. Revenue & Efficiency Growth
  • Support wholesalers with business solutions that increase revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Drive incremental growth through new product listings and increased consumption of existing SKUs.
  • 8. Performance Monitoring & Systems Implementation
  • Implement performance monitoring tools and dashboards for wholesalers.
  • Focus on Tier‑2 strategic partners providing SSD to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • 9. Capability Building
  • Conduct quarterly kitchen training sessions to enhance product knowledge and usage.
  • Execute joint market visits with strategic partner teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • 10. Customized Marketing Strategies
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for wholesale partners, aligned with reach and growth targets.
  • Ensure alignment with UFS portfolio strengths, channel dynamics, and market priorities

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in Foodservice
  • Distributor management. Wholesale business management experience
