What makes this internship exciting?

As an intern in the Research and Development Department in the Hive, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage. 

The team will provide you with opportunities to develop a comprehensive understanding of data stewardship and core systems capabilities within a multinational context, focusing on data quality, governance, and system improvements. 

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like: 

• Design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions to support various projects and initiatives. 

• Conduct data analysis and modeling to derive insights and support decision-making processes. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations. 

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure data quality and accessibility. 

• Create and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. 

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and apply them to improve project outcomes. 

You’re the perfect fit if:

• You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting first week of April 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week). 

• You are enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a Bachelor or Master program in Food Technology, Data Science, or Computer Science. 

• You have relevant knowledge and/or interest in nutrition and health or food science. 

• You communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

• You solve problems, pay attention to detail, and learn quickly. 

• You are analytically strong, with a bias for action and a team-oriented mindset. 
• You have interest or hands on experience in GenAI applications like RAG model development.

• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
