Finance Intern (d/f/m)

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) operations in an international organization. You will support the S2P team in daily operations and projects, including invoice processing, supplier support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives such as system and transformation projects.

The roleprovidesa structured learning opportunity to gain practical insights into finance operations, processes, and tools while developing professional skills in a collaborative team environment.

Your internship role will start from July in our international team in Katowice, Poland. You will work in a modern,flexibleand inclusive environment and collaborate with colleagues from across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supportday‑to‑daySource‑to‑Payactivities, including invoice tracking, data checks, documentation updates, andfollow‑upson open items

• Assistwith basicinvoiceand supplier queries under supervision

• Help prepare and update reports, trackers, and dashboards; perform data accuracy checks and supportmonth‑endorad‑hocactivities

• Support ongoing process improvement and reporting initiatives, including preparation of materials, presentations, and status updates

• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, procurement, and operations and activelyparticipateintrainingsand team meetings to build S2P process knowledge.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

• ​​Currently enrolledstudentin finance, accounting, economics, business administration, ora related field

• ​First exposure to finance, accounting, or operations (e.g.internships, university projects, student jobs) is an advantage but notrequired

• ​Strong willingness to learn, with good attention to detail and basic analytical skills

• ​Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines with guidance, and communicate clearly in English

• ​Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and standard Office tools
