Our FOODS team is looking for pool of talent who will help us to drive Unilever supply chain Finance performance to next level, the role will provide experience. 

• Partner with Procurement leadership to drive saving program, cost efficiency and cost improvement.  Drive cost efficiency by identifying material saving opportunity to procurement.

• Drive FOODS GM improvement program.

• Lead GM forecast process for FOODS. 

• Analyze top RPM price movement by category and cascade cost impact to FBP on a monthly basis.

• Implement and drive saving governance program. 

• Lead process simplifications and automation projects in Supply chain Finance area.  

Main Responsibilities 

• Leadership experience to lead team and Supply chain business partner. 

• Create your journey to deliver best in class Factory cost, depth knowledge on cost accounting and supply chain performance management.  

• Be part of high-performance team who in the process of transform traditional way of working to be more digitalization.

Candidate Criteria 
Experience & Qualification 

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in finance-related field .

• Prior minimum 5 years work experience in Finance .

Skill 

• Good understanding of Unilever P&L, especially in supply chain bucket.  

• Able to handle different project and stakeholder simultaneously.  

• A strong sense of purpose.

• Strong capability to work with stakeholders in difference locations to deliver targeted KPIs. 

• Works well under pressure, high sense of urgency and results driven. 

• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working. 

• Appreciates the importance of excellent processes and have an eye to ensure compliance and governance is in place for all process implementations. 

• Organized, meticulous, motivated, mature and be leader as well as team-player.
