KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ​​Run promotion evaluations for Home Care brands in top retailers in Poland, combining market and financial perspectives, and propose improvement actions for the promo strategy.

• ​Analysecategory, channel and customer performance in top retailers, and contribute to building category growth strategies and corrective actions.

• ​Support the monthly market performance analysis using market data sources (e.g.Nielsen, YouGov)

• ​Support data governance and helpmaintainand automateRevenue Managementand Category Management tools to improve process effectiveness​

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

• ​​Enrolled student or recent graduate in data science,financeor a related field​

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English​

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills​

• Strong analytical skills and commercial curiosity, with attention to detail​

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ​​​Familiarity with AI-powered, reporting and automation tools (e.g.Power BI,VBA)​

• Familiarity with or interest inFMCG market​​

Key Information

• The internship is initially limited to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months. 

• The hourly rate is PLN 32 during the first 6 months and increases to PLN 35 thereafter.

• Only candidates with valid authorization to work in Poland/EUwill be considered.
