JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive sustainable business growth by strengthening strategic partnerships with key retail customers, delivering value-driven commercial strategies, and ensuring excellence in execution across the Slovak FMCG and drugstore market. You will play a critical role in translating business objectives into customer-focused solutions, contributing to long-term success and competitive advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute customer-specific strategies aligned with overall company growth objectives
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including sales targets, trade terms, promotional investments, and pricing strategies
  • Drive profitable growth through effective account and category management practices
  • Ensure successful execution of new product listings, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Own and manage customer budgets while delivering against sales and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain long-term, value-based partnerships with key retail customers
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Coordinate and align key account activities across Czech Republic and Slovakia markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions that create mutual value and support sustainable growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Slovak drugstore retail market and key customers
  • Proven track record in negotiations, relationship management, and delivering commercial results
  • Fluent Slovak and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in leading and developing teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Salary in the range of 29 000 – 32 000 EUR gross annually (depending on experience)
  • Entitlement to 25 days of vacation, 5 personal days, and 1 birthday day off
