JOB PURPOSE
To support the design and delivery of Unilever Pakistan’s communication and corporate affairs agenda, driving internal engagement, strengthening corporate reputation, and advancing Unilever’s sustainability and stakeholder partnerships. The role will play a key part in storytelling, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives that connect people to Unilever’s purpose and strategy.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Support the execution of corporate reputation-building campaigns and media engagement initiatives.
• Curate content strategy for Unilever’s social and digital presence, ensuring alignment with global corporate narrative.
• Assist in managing proactive and reactive communications, including press materials, Q&As, and leadership talking points.
• Coordinate with agency partners for content creation, media monitoring, and event execution.
• Assist in executing sustainability communications that showcase Unilever’s progress on the 4 sustainability pillars
• Develop communication material and storytelling to amplify impact of sustainability projects with internal and external audiences.
• Support events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives that enhance Unilever’s corporate reputation.
• Design and execute the internal communication strategy to foster an informed, inspired, and connected workforce.
• Develop creative content and campaigns that bring Unilever’s purpose, sustainability, and business priorities to life across all employee touchpoints (townhalls, newsletters, intranet, Yammer, leadership messages, etc.).
• Partner cross-functionally and with the Leadership Teams to plan and deliver engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cultural events that strengthen employee belonging and advocacy.
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives through effective communication and storytelling.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Required Experience and Qualification:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, or sustainability communication.
• Experience working with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with content strategy development and leading large-scale internal and external events
• Understanding of corporate reputation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Communications, Marketing)

Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and communication ability.
• Creative mindset with understanding of brand tone and organizational culture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and internal engagement platforms.
