People Operations Specialist – Hire LATAM

JOB PURPOSE

In this role you will drive HR operational excellence across the Hire employee lifecycle for 18 countries in Latin America. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBP´s, Payroll, Rewards to deliver a seamless hiring experience while ensuring compliance, data accuracy and operational excellence. The role owns end-to-end Hire processes, supports international transfers and leads Hire-related projects and transformation initiatives across the region.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Manage end-to-end Hire processes across 18 LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent employee experience.
• Coordinate hiring activities with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Rewards and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support international transfers, ensuring all operational, payroll and compliance activities are completed on time.
• Act as the key operational point of contact for Hire-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and integrity within Workday and related HR systems.
• Ensure timely integration of employee data into payroll and downstream systems to avoid employee impact.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization and simplification across markets.
• Monitor service levels, operational metrics and policy compliance across countries.
• Support regional and global transformation initiatives related to hiring and/or onboarding.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures and organizational levels.
  

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Must have intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Desirable experience working with Workday.
• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or Employee Lifecycle processes.
• Experience working in regional or multi-country environments would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee data management is beneficial.
• Exposure to project management, process improvement, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience supporting international transfers or global mobility activities would be a plus.
