JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team supporting the North America UI business. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance and enabling responsible growth across multiple categories. The position will have overarching responsibility for the Canada P&L across 3 business groups, while partnering closely with stakeholders across the region and globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including North America opco, sales/marketing, and Singapore UI Finance to drive end-to-end business performance.
• Forecasting & Planning: Lead forecast submissions and support the S&OP process to ensure accurate and timely financial projections.
• Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis on margins, variances, and flux to inform strategic decisions.
• Performance Management: Monitor topline growth and ensure alignment with responsible growth objectives.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present financial reports that influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Channel Management: Oversee financial performance across multiple BG’s in the Canadian market

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or similar finance roles with direct exposure to commercial and operational stakeholders. Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations teams is required.
• Advanced English (C1/C2): Fluent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Business Partnering & Influence: Proven ability to build credibility and influence decision-making with senior stakeholders
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, profitability management, business case development, and full P&L ownership.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust, challenge constructively, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to interpret complex financial and business data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and challenge the status quo when necessary.
• Decision-Making & Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex business problems, make sound decisions, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively with limited supervision.
• Advanced Office 365 Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, including strong financial modeling and presentation capabilities.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in FMCG or multinational organizations with complex global supply chains.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations, preferably across Latin America or North America.
