JOB PURPOSE

This role exists toaimingto ensure customers'optimalstock levels, productavailabilityand effective coordination with Demand Planning to meet customer demand.You’llbe part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily order planning process. 

oCreate and manage orders in alignment with Demand Planning.

oIdentify stock risks (out-of-stock/overstock) and take proactive actions.

oWork closely with planning teams to align supply plans with operational needs.

oMonitor service performance by tracking losses and taking preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Master Data:

oMaintain accuracy of master data in relevant systems.

Order & Delivery & Delay Management:

oMonitor order lifecycle including blocked orders, deliverydelaysand escalations.

oCoordinate urgent shipments with Logistics and Warehouse.

Claims management:

oSupport resolution of claim related issues.

oCoordinate with relevant stakeholders fortimelyclosure of operational issues.

Digitalization & Process Improvement:

oContribute to automation projects

Support continuous improvement and data visibility initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expertisein communication skills as well as influencing & persuading

Analytical thinking and data analysis competencies
