This role exists to drive continuous improvement in HR processes, strengthendata-drivendecision-making, and enhanceemployeeexperience across theLeioasite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AnalyzeHR data to supportdecision-making,identifytrends, andanticipaterisks or opportunities.

• Lead and support initiatives to improve HR processes through optimization, digitalization, and standardization.

• Administer and manage HRMS systems, ensuringaccuratedata, smooth processes, and system improvements.

• Leverage AI tools, databases, and digital solutions to enhance HR analytics, recruitment efficiency, and process automation.

• Implement initiatives to improve workplace climate and reduce absenteeism.

• Coordinate recruitment andselectionfor factory profiles, ensuringtimelyand effective hiring.

• Provide support in Labor Relations, including documentation management, case tracking, and communications.

• Offer direct support to the HR Director on operational and strategic HR topics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previousexperienceof 5+ yearsin HR roles (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Administration, or similar).

• University Degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, HR or similar)

• Strong analytical mindset and solid experience working with HR data, metrics, and databases.

• Stronglyresults oriented, ensuring effective andtimelydeployment of HR projects.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced level of English (minimumB2level)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of AI tools applied to HR, dashboards, and HR data visualization.

• Experience leading or contributing to HR improvement or digitalization projects.

• Familiarity with HRIS integrations or automated digital workflows.
