JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant responsible for Home Care Procurement Finance is a key partner to Procurement leadership team to deliver value though cost, cash contribution improvement and understand E2E to material cost.
The role reports to BU HC Latam PF Manager, dealing with different stakeholders in local, regional and global teams. It also offers a great opportunity to develop a regional network across Procurement and Finance.
The role enables experiencing a unique position in which you can develop a deep knowledge over Latin America countries and their challenges and particularities as well as close understanding of the global network and developed markets characteristics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a focal point from Procurement and Finance BU.

• Understand impacts from price movements in commodities and FX.

• End-to-end understanding of the materials cost. Understand drivers of forecast impact to partner Procurement and Finance teams on the forecast and actuals.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support forecasting transformation.

• Provide impact insights and analytics on Procurement, working closely with a wide community of finance and SC & procurement teams.

• Drive analytics and insights to guide business decision-making and focus.

• Assist in the negotiation of portfolios and evaluate different options and models.
