• Responsável pelo fluxo de nota fiscal de Inbound e Outbound • Realizar análise e investigação de acidente (como apoio ao Lider de turno e ou coordenador) • Participar ativamente dos cases de sustentabilidade, visando redução dos aspectos e impactos ambientais • Acompanhar os auditores nas auditorias de GMP mensais • Disseminar e garantir a gestão de alergênicos, bloqueados, cumprindo a Política de Segurança dos Alimentos e ajudando no entendimento e conscientização • Disseminar o conhecimento para o time de trabalho • Inspeção/Limpeza (seguindo os padrões e check list) ver oportunidade de melhoria • Suportar a operação nas manufaturas • Abertura e monitoramento das etiquetas • Elaboração de LPPs (disseminação do conhecimento técnico) • Elaboração de SOIs • Atualização dos quadros de atividades (monitoramento) • Referência operacional da área
