JOB PURPOSE

Finance Commercial Business Partner role ultimately accountable for performance of the Baltics countries, ensuring process excellence of in-scope areas & developing insights which drive performance in Baltic countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading high-quality, impactful business partnering of the core business cycle of forecasting and results across all categories/customers with controlling responsibilities.
  • Member of Baltics Leadership Team leveraging global toolkits and best practice, co-drive business results and business processes.
  • Own end-to-end FP&A processes, drive process excellence (e.g. financial forecasting) and seek out leading practices (responsible for sharing and adopting leading practices).
  • Use business knowledge and creativity to lead delivery of intelligent reporting, analysis and analytics, both ad-hoc and standard, fully leveraging the global Information & Analytics capability and roadmap.
  • Lead development of insights within in-scope areas which drive productive action / improved business performance including Marketing Activities and Overheads.
  • Owner of financial processes and stewardship as a finance professional, drive improvement in ERP systems and processes.
  • Continuous interaction with other functions (e.g. Marketing, CD, SC) on high value business needs.
  • Control framework, part of creating new company, new ERP systems and implement financial risks’ framework.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a business-facing Finance role.
  • Experience in driving process simplification and improvements.
  • Experience in driving P&L performance improvements (e.g. closing gaps vs. target) and holding others accountable (particularly peers and senior leadership).
  • Significant experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders.
  • Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated competency at growing and developing people / teams.
    Financial Background.
  • Very good English and one of the local languages.
  • Very good Excel skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong team leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in FMCG sector.
    Experience with SAP.
