Global Innovation Lead – AHC (Skincare) Location: Seoul, South Korea Employment Type: Full-time (office-based, 4 days per week) Reporting Line: Reports to Global Demand Creation and Innovation Lead Scope: Global brand leadership with strong focus on Korea About the Role: At AHC, we are redefining the future of aesthetic skincare—bringing clinic-inspired innovation to everyday consumers around the world. As Global Innovation Lead, you will shape the future of our brand by building a powerful innovation pipeline, expanding into new categories, and creating breakthrough products that set industry standards. You will partner with leading manufacturers, scientists, and internal teams to bring world-class ideas to life—strengthening AHC’s position as a true beauty innovator. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to influence global strategy, define product direction, and build a strong, future-ready portfolio. What You Will Do Drive the future of AHC’s portfolio: Define and lead the long-term product strategy across global and local markets Build a balanced portfolio that wins across different consumer needs and sales channels Shape the innovation pipeline: Develop a clear three- to five-year innovation roadmap, including entry into new product categories Translate consumer insights and market trends into distinctive, high-performing products Define the brand’s product philosophy: Co-create AHC’s point of view on skincare innovation with research and product development teams Ensure every launch reflects a clear, science-backed story and delivers real consumer value Accelerate speed and excellence in product development: Establish agile ways of working to bring new products to market faster and more efficiently Partner with leading manufacturers and ingredient specialists to unlock cutting-edge innovation Lead and develop a high-performing team: Manage and develop a team responsible for both existing products and new launches. Build strong capabilities in innovation thinking, portfolio management, and execution excellence. What We Are Looking For Extensive experience in brand development and product innovation within the skincare industry (typically 15+ years). Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and building innovation pipelines. Strong experience working with leading external manufacturing partners and ingredient suppliers. Global mindset with experience working across multiple markets. Fluency in both English and Korean.
