Job Title : Foods Asst. Quality Manager Collaborative Manufacturing & Innovations

Work Location : Subang, West Java

Role Purpose

• Own CM (Collaborative Manufacturer) operational quality for Foods Indonesia CMs (AMB, Agriwangi, Ultrajaya) and capability development for future CM.

• Lead improvement projects at CMs. Provide Innovation Quality support for CM launches (risk, validation, first-run). Own Quality at Kalijati (sugar blending; RM/PM handling linked to AMB).

Key Objectives :

• CM operational quality: QMS (Quality Management System) deployment, audit readiness (ISO/Halal/regulatory), incident management.

• Lead the capability building for new CMs: technical standards, equipment validation, QCP setup, and basic troubleshooting training.

• Improvement projects execution at CMs: QCP (Quality Control Point) stabilization, process capability, error-proofing, digital reporting.

• Innovation Quality for CM: FoQRA (Formulation Quality Risk Assessment), PQ/QR/MVT (Process Qualification / Quality Release / Manufacturing Validation Trial), first-run approval & stabilization.

• Kalijati Quality operations: sugar blend control, receiving/sampling/storage compliance, traceability, allergen & pest control.

Key Responsibilities

• Run CM quality reviews, risk mapping, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure OTIF.

• Lead validation & verification at CMs (process capability, lab methods, QCPs).

• Plan & execute improvement projects addressing top losses and CRQS drivers.

• Onboard and ramp-up new CMs (Tintin, Formosa): QMS, specs, trials, training.

• Lead CM incident RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and reduce repeat issues and CCPMU.

• Drive PQS/CRQS uplift per CM and ensure launch Right-First-Time.

• Own Kalijati compliance and quality outputs aligned to AMB requirements.
