JOB PURPOSE
The Strategic Sourcing Manager – Consumer Products & Business Operations is responsible for leading sourcing and commercial strategies across IT Applications, Software, User & Infrastructure Services, and Telecoms. The role partners closely with global and regional IT stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, run competitive events, manage supplier relationships, and drive commercial value for Unilever.
The position is accountable for implementing global strategies locally, enabling responsible sourcing, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards and the Code of Business Principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 5+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in IT Procurement.

• Strong negotiation skills and proven supplier management experience.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver savings and meet commercial targets.

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple geographies.

• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English

• Travel Requirements - occasional domestic or international travel (approx. 3–5 days per year).
