JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Regional Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with UFS Turkey’s strategic goals.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities specific to the Marmara market.
• Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer trends.
Sales & Customer Development
• Lead the WHS sales team to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, whs and chefs.
• Ensure excellence in customer engagement and service delivery.
Marketing & Activation
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns and activations for Marmara’s unique foodservice landscape.
• Drive chef engagement and product visibility through local events and partnerships.
• Champion UFS brand values and solutions in the region.

Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with Unilever standards and local regulations.
• Optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or general management, preferably in foodservice or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Marmara Region’s foodservice landscape.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
